And So It Begins

What kind of tree is this? It's not a redbud. What IS it?

We wait all winter for Daylight Savings time to begin. The extra light in the evenings means that we have time after dinner to walk across the street to the golf course.

It's a summertime tradition.

    p.s. we're supposed to get 4-6 inches of snow in the next 24 hours. Our only consolation is when that happens this late in March, it doesn't last long.

    It's a dogwood. Gorgeous aren't they? Love that picture of the kids...such a sweet time.
